Pastor Justin has served as the Pastor of Redeemer Free Lutheran Church since October 27, 2025. Before coming to Redeemer, he served as the Family Care Pastor at Abiding Savior Free Lutheran Church beginning in June 2019, following the completion of his Master of Divinity from the Association of Free Lutheran Theological Seminary.

Originally from Kalispell, Montana, Pastor Justin worked for many years as a social worker, gaining extensive experience in crisis intervention, mediation, grief care, mental health, and addiction recovery. During his involvement in a Christian recovery group, he encountered God’s forgiveness, hope, and peace in a life-changing way—an experience that ultimately led him to pursue pastoral ministry.

Pastor Justin has a deep compassion for the lost and hurting, shaped by his own understanding of the loneliness and hopelessness of life without Christ. His ministry is marked by a commitment to God’s Word, a heart for those in need, and a desire to see lives transformed by the grace of Jesus.

He is married to his high school sweetheart, Betsy, and together they have three children: Julia, Isaiah, and David.
